Gladiate Beautifully is being held in Denver, Colorado at the Halcyon Hotel! 
 
As usual, we have negotiated a special room rate for the venue if you choose not to get your guest room in your package. The rate and how to reserve your room will be sent via email.
 
*We HIGHLY recommend you book your accommodations at the venue to get the most out of the weekend.
 
I'VE ATTENDED GLADIATE BEAUTIFULLY IN THE PAST. WILL 2022 BE DIFFERENT?

ABSOLUTELY! My team and I have already been planning, coordinating and curating a unique experience for you. Whether you've attended past Gladiate Beautifully events or this is your first time, I guarantee it's going to be an experience!
 
WHERE SHOULD I STAY?
We HIGHLY recommend you plan to book and stay with us at the event Venue via your package or booking via our special link. The space is absolutely gorgeous.

WHICH DAYS ARE THE HOTEL ROOMS BOOKED FOR?
Friday + Saturday, but you can extend at your own expense!
 
WILL FOOD & BEVERAGES BE PROVIDED?
Daily Tickets include a continental breakfast on Saturday and lunch on Sunday.
 
WHERE SHOULD I FLY INTO?
Fly into Denver International Airport. It's just a 40-minute car ride from the venue.
 
WHEN SHOULD I PLAN TO ARRIVE + DEPART?
We recommend arriving on Friday Afternoon (for our Bestie Bundle and Retreat Babe Tickets).
 
The event will end on Sunday, October 2, 2022 at 4pm. We recommend you book either a flight after 7pm on Sunday or staying overnight until Monday. This will ensure you don’t miss any of the event.
 
IF I CAN’T ATTEND, WILL I BE ABLE TO WATCH ONLINE?
No. This is a LIVE event and there will be no live streaming available. We’d love to have you in the room with us. Hope to see you in Denver!
 
CAN I BRING MY PARTNER/SIGNIFICANT OTHER AND/OR CHILDREN?
Partners are always welcomed as far as children are concerned, we welcome young, mature children ages 12 and up who have an entrepreneurial spirit to attend. Please note, that partners/significant others and children ages 12 and up will need their own tickets.
 
*FUN IDEA: Since the event is being held in Denver, Colorado just 45-90 minutes away from all the theme parks, why not come in a few days early or stay a day or two later and make it a family event? Just an idea! ;-)

WHAT SHOULD I WEAR?
It’s your party and you can wear what you want. Seriously, one of the main goals of the weekend is to help you break free from being concerned about the judgment of others. Wear whatever feels good. Wear whatever makes you feel confident. Wear whatever lights you up.  
 
WHAT’S THE REFUND POLICY + WHAT HAPPENS IF I PURCHASE A TICKET BUT CANNOT ATTEND?
There are no refunds. All ticket sales are final. Any ticket purchased with a payment plan must be paid in full regardless if you can attend or not. While tickets may not be refunded, they are transferable up to September 17, 2022.
 
IS MY TICKET TAX DEDUCTIBLE?
Be sure to check with your own tax advisor, but generally speaking, if you have a business and itemize your deductions, the ticket and travel expenses are most likely deductible! Yay!!
 
I PURCHASED A TICKET LAST YEAR BUT COULDN'T ATTEND. CAN I TRANSFER LAST YEAR'S TICKET TO 2022?
Tickets from last year are not eligible for transfer to this year. However, we invite you to join us in Denver, Colorado in 2022. It's going to be amazing and nothing beats the experience of being in the room. See you in Denver!
 
WILL CHILDCARE BE PROVIDED?
Childcare will not be provided.
